The bathroom is situated downstairs, with bath and shower. There is a second toilet and wash basin upstairs.

All bedrooms have a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and adequate shelves for books storage, as required by the University accommodation office.

Each bedroom has a 'thumb turn' lock and handle for security and the students safety, and there are similar locks on the front and rear doors, further enhancing security.

A burglar alarm is in the house, and all windows are lockable for added security.

There are 2 mains linked smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a heat detector in the kitchen, fire blanket and fire extinguisher as required by the university accommodation office.

In the separate lounge there is a two piece suite and coffee table.

The house is tastefully decorated and the rooms are of a good size, with high ceilings..All windows have window blinds fitted.

Car parking is on road outside the property.

I, the landlord, live very close and have a maintenance team on call 24/7 for repairs. I have been a student landlord since 1998.
