It is situated close to local shops, and in a quiet street. The house is tastefully decorated and the rooms are of a good size.All windows have verticle window blinds fitted. There is a smaller room, for which there is a rent reduction for this room

It has gas central heating, fully double glazed and a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, and back courtyard. The kitchen has a microwave, electric cooker, fridge freezer, tumble clothes dryer ,washing machine, Ironing board, Iron and vacuum cleaner.

The bathroom is situated downstairs, with bath and shower. There is a second toilet and wash basin upstairs.

All bedrooms have a double bed (except the smaller room), desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and adequate shelves for books storage, as required by the University accommodation office.

Each bedroom has a 'thumb turn' lock and handle for security and the students safety, and there are similar locks on the front and rear doors, further enhancing security.

A burglar alarm is in the house, and all windows are lockable for added security.

There are 2 mains linked smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a heat detector in the kitchen, fire blanket and fire extinguisher as required by the university accommodation office.

In the separate lounge there is a three piece suite and coffee table.

Car parking is on road outside the property.

I, the landlord, live very close and have a maintenance team on call 24/7 for repairs. I have been a student landlord since 1998.
