The bathroom is situated downstairs, with bath and shower. There is a second bathroom upstairs.

All bedrooms have a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and adequate shelves for books storage, as required by the University accommodation office.

Each bedroom has a 'thumb turn' lock and handle for security and the students safety, and there are similar locks on the front and rear doors, further enhancing security.

A burglar alarm is in the house, and all windows are lockable for added security.

There are 2 mains linked smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a heat detector in the kitchen, fire blanket and fire extinguisher as required by the university accommodation office.

In the separate lounge there is a two piece suite and coffee table.

The house is tastefully decorated and the rooms are of a good size. All windows have verticle window blinds fitted. Laminate flooring is in the hallway and one bedroom.

Car parking is on road outside the property.

I, the landlord, live very close and have a maintenance team on call 24/7 for repairs. I have been a student landlord since 1998.
